Easiest of all mobile phone apps to use and its way safer and faster
I have 2 sims and numbers, 1 i have an account for the second i cant get access to becouse you cant have 2 sims on one account and you cant have the app twice. So their is no way you can control 2 sim accounts from 1 phone when you cant get access to the phone you are supplying the app for and you need change the plan on the account. Very bad app design. Cant recommend to parents paying for childrens phone sims as you cant have financial control of it.
Horrendous the app is always down can't speak to a person and now the live chat is down , so currently I need to top up a phone and simply can't because there's no one to help and app/ website chat is all down useless company avoid.
Worst Network 🤕I had O2 then I changed to Id but no signals mostly time O2 is amazing fastest network everywhere.

Quick heads up for anyone thinking of joining this network there is zero real human customer service it's all text based and very difficult to use you can't just call and get answers just pre recorded bots no real human support at all I wouldn't of taken out a contract if I had known how disconnected you are from the company so if you have problem it's going to be a pain a phone company with no call center what genius thought of that Idea ......just stupid plain stupid
Unable to connect to server, Pixel 6. On WiFi and data same error. Worked well for first month, after not so much.
been trying for days now to try an cancel my phone ..havent used it for the last 18 months to which i did phone to cancel but only relised last month you were still taking my 6.00 a month ..have now recieved a letter from yourselfs saying we owe 12.00 ..surely you guys must have relised that that number hasnt been used ...just unreal that no.one can take our calls so if possible ..can you please email me regards roy pemberton
